"Check in was quick and easy. The staff were extremely helpful when we couldn’t get our TV to turn on. They came to our room and had it working in a few minutes. The room was nice. It had comfortable beds, linens and plush towels, nice decor, microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. Things to be aware of: our room was listed as a two bedroom. They were really separate sleeping areas with the small bathroom and hallway in between. There were no complete walls separating the spaces, so privacy was minimal. Our room was fairly clean, but could use a touch up on the baseboards and above the windows where there was dust and spider webs. Convenient walk to local restaurants and the onsite parking was great! The hotel is on a high traffic road, so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. There was a phone in the room, but no instructions on how to reach the front desk or if it was for local calls. It also needed a wipe down as it was smudged with fingerprints and had fluid pooled by the receiver. We just used our cellphone instead. No elevator to the second floor, so ask for a first floor room if you have large luggage pieces and don’t want to carry them up the exterior stairs."
