Immerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings of the well-maintained 1,000 m² shared property, enclosed by fences for privacy and security. Relish the opportunity to soak up the sun in your private 200 m² fenced garden, complete with a lush lawn and a courtyard. The inviting swimming pool, measuring 6 x 3 meters with a depth ranging from 110 to 180 cm, offers a refreshing escape during the warm summer months. An outdoor shower and a roofed parking area for three cars add to the convenience of your stay.

Conveniently located 600 meters from the center of Narzole and 6 km from Cherasco, this property offers easy access to essential amenities. A shop is just 600 meters away, while a supermarket and restaurant are within 6 km. The railway station "Bra" is 12 km away, providing excellent connectivity. For golf enthusiasts, an 18-hole golf course is situated just 8 km from the property. Please note that the owner resides in a separate semi-detached house on the premises.

Unit Layout

You will be staying in a 6-room semi-detached house that spans across two levels and covers an area of 240 square meters. The house features a spacious living room equipped with an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, radio, CD-player, and a hi-fi system. There is also an open dining room with a dining table. From the living and dining areas, you can access the terrace and the swimming pool. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor has two beds, a shower/WC, and satellite TV, with an exit leading to the terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, three gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and it also has an exit to the terrace. There is a separate WC on the ground floor.

Amenities Included

The house is designed for your comfort and convenience, with amenities such as air conditioning, heating (available from October 1st to April 30th), natural stone floors, and a washing machine. You can relax and enjoy your vacation while taking advantage of the mosquito nets, a children's high chair, and a baby cot provided for your convenience. Additionally, the property offers free WiFi internet access. For outdoor enjoyment, there are two balconies, two covered terraces, terrace furniture, balcony furniture, and a barbecue.

The house can accommodate a maximum capacity of eight guests, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. However, please note that when the maximum number of guests is not reached, not all bedrooms will be available for use. On the upper floor, you will find three additional bedrooms: one with two beds, a separate WC, and a hydro massage bath, with an exit to the balcony; another with two beds, an open-hearth fireplace, a shower/WC, and satellite TV, also with a balcony exit; and the last one featuring a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and satellite TV, with an exit to the balcony. It is important to note that this is a non-smoking house, ensuring a pleasant and smoke-free environment during your vacation.

Erholung pur

Die Wohnung war sehr großzügig mit allem, was man im Urlaub braucht. Der Pool war ein Genuss und der Ort bezaubernd mit allen Geschäften für den täglichen Gebrauch. Danke Mauro für die Weinverkostung und die reichliche Auswahl in der Wohnung.
