A lovely modern home in the woods filled with windows and sunlight with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, and a large wraparound deck facing a feisty stream. It has 10 beautiful acres of woods to wander on crisscrossing paths. Unplug and enjoy its large inspiring kitchen and lofty spaces stocked with albums, movies, books, art supplies, and instruments. It is a short 10-minute drive to outdoor adventures on the Delaware River and Sullivan county's hot spots including Narrowsburg, Callicoon, Bethel Woods Arts Center, Skinners Falls, gambling in Monticello and so much more. Enjoy antiquing, fishing, hunting, tubing, rafting, gambling, skiing, farmers markets - or do nothing but relax on the deck and wander in our delightful woods with a stream that never ceases to delight.

Sweet spot in the woods

This is a lovely house with a well stocked kitchen, quality mattresses, and everything you might need for a comfy stay. Nice quiet location with a helpful owner. We would love to return.

Most private house I’ve rented

Awesome property. Had everything you need and more. Place was so private, all you hear are sounds of nature and running water of stream on property. Will be renting out house again in the future! First property I ever rented that I really can’t say a single negative thing about.

Perfect birthday weekend get away

My friends and I stayed at this perfect woodsy retreat for my 28th birthday and had so much fun. The kitchen is perfect for cooking big meals and everything you need is available. It was cozy and warm for our winter stay, but I look forward to booking again in the spring and summer. Chris is an excellent host and was very communicative!

A beautiful getaway

My husband and I stayed here for are anniversary. It was an absolute pleasure! The town is small but beautiful! The house was the perfect size for us and the touch screen fridge was fun!!!

Family Getaway

We loved our family getaway. The house was very clean and felt like home. The location was convenient for the things we wanted to do. Kids loved exploring and adults loved relaxing on the deck. Wish it was closer to Texas so we didn’t have to drive so far! Great family vacation with grands.

Perfectly Located

Our small family gathered for the inaugural Catbird Music Festival and the cabin’s location was ideal! But it’s comfort level made our stay relaxed, with indoor and outdoor lounge areas. Highly recommend this spot, checkin & checkout were super easy!

Quaint Homey Get Away

The house is quirky in a fun way. Very neat, loved all the views. We saw so much wildlife, from deer to turkey. Easy drive to many places. Very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay again.

Peace and quiet at the Upper Delaware

We enjoyed a lovely few days in a peaceful well equipped cabin. Our dogs enjoyed exploring the beautiful surrounds, especially the creek. We enjoyed exploring the local hamlets, great breweries and food. Chris was a responsive host. We would highly recommend and looking forward to staying again when we are back in the region.

Beautiful home in a private and relaxing setting.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was great location as a base for day tripping to all the area has to offer. Owner was very communicative when contacted and although we kow the area pretty well, he had some great suggestions for some we had not yet discovered. Don't pass up a chance to grab a bite at the Cochecton Fire House!

A Woodsy Retreat

The home and property are very nice. It's somewhat secluded but in a great location - near the Delaware River and close to some very nice small towns. The house is very pleasant and comfortable. The owner is very nice to deal with. We would stay here again.

The moment I stepped into this cottage, I couldn't stop smiling! I felt so relaxed being among the trees with no people around! Chris is an amazing host! Amazing Time

The property was exactly what we needed to escape the city and celebrate our Anniversary! There were so many great features from the fire pit and BBQ, to an assortment of card and board games, and a huge smart TV to keep up with our shows! The rooms were so comfy and stunning views! We saw deer every morning while drinking coffee on the deck! Can't wait to revisit! Definitely recommend!!!

Great serene getaway

Hthome away from home!

This was our second stay at this beautiful home. Im from Narrowburgh, and its important for me to get home and be with my family. When we stay here, we joke that its our home. But we really feel that! And we cant wait for our next stay!!!
