Welcome to our beautifully furnished and energy-efficient 6-bedroom, 2-bath beach house, located in the family-friendly Eastward Look neighborhood of Narragansett. Just a short walk (less than a mile) to the stunning Scarborough Beach, our home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm for your next family vacation.

This spacious 2200 sq. ft. home is designed to accommodate large groups and families, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. Inside, you'll find an updated kitchen featuring granite countertops and all the culinary gadgets any chef will love. Enjoy meals together in the open living spaces, or step outside onto the large Azek deck, perfect for entertaining or enjoying a meal al fresco. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the newly designed heated outdoor shower.

Our home is equipped with everything you need for a hassle-free stay, including fast wireless Fios Internet, two refrigerators, and two TVs, one in the living room and the other in the primary bedroom. Relax with family games, enjoy your favorite movies on the Blu-ray/DVD player, or read a book from our collection. The upstairs features central air conditioning while the lower level stays cool with fans, and all six bedrooms are furnished with comfortable linens and fans for a restful night’s sleep.

The expansive backyard is ideal for outdoor activities, complete with a BBQ grill, picnic table, and plenty of space for family fun. Plus, we provide beach chairs, a beach wagon, and toys for a day at the beach, just a short walk away.

A Wonderful Place to Stay!

We were so happy with this property! Everything was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of room for all of my family. The A/C was great (especially since it was humid most of the week!) We were close to the beach, and the neighborhood park was a plus. We hope to be able to stay here again next year!

Loved this house !

We had a fantastic week in this house. The place was clean on arrival. We had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. The location is perfect - so close to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. Loved the deck too !

We loved staying here! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook up feasts (or even to make scrambled eggs or a shake). There were plenty of beach toys, a wagon, stroller, you name it for the kiddos. It was perfect. Highly recommend this home!

We have stayed at this house several times, and we love it. I just want to point out that the two large burners on the stove did not work. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Clean, plenty of bedrooms & 2 refrigerators!

A roomy home in a lovely neighborhood, close to beaches. A/C was a plus in hot weather. 6 bedrooms gave us plenty of rooms to choose from. We enjoy bike riding and although there are no off road paths in the immediate area, the biking was fairly safe, especially during the week without so many cars. (Nice off road bike trail not far away). Plenty of parking. The host was always immediate to respond with any questions. Lots of local fish restaurants, plenty of outdoor dining. Great place to vacation!

Awesome location!

We loved staying at this home! Very close to beach. Lots of toys and games for kids. Big backyard and great deck. We had plenty of room and the house had everything we needed! Can't wait to go back!

Stayed for the week

My family and I stayed here for 8 days and we had a great time. It had plenty of space, multiple updated rooms including the kitchen and a nice deck. We took cars down to the beach so we didn’t have to carry all of the chairs but it’s only about a 13 minute walk. Parking for each car was about $10 but it’s less for residents and seniors. We loved how close the house was to restaurants, the Block Island Ferry and the grocery store. I would definitely recommend this house.

Rooms were all a good size. Plenty of room for everyone we had at the house to move around comfortably., Loved all the accessories like the beach wagon, coolers, backyard games. Had a great time!
