Booked this for URI Graduation weekend and it was perfect. We were able to have extended family join in the celebration. Comfortable beds and couches, with plenty of space for all for the long weekend. Highly recommend this house.

The house was immaculate, had ample room for our family and was very well stocked with everything we needed for a great vacation. (right down to the sticks for marshmallows by the fire). We enjoyed the close walk to the private beach and the kayaks as well as Narragansett beach. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to be close to the Rhode Island beaches without having to worry about good accommodations.
