There is an apartment over the garage on the property. There is no access to the house from the space over the garage or vice versus. There is a completely separate entrance to the space over the garage located on the far right side of the garage and away from the house. There is no shared yard space for the garage and house. The yard, porch and patio are dedicated to the house and for use of those renting the house only. The property is designed so the yard and patio space are in the rear and on the side of the house and exclusive to the house guests. There are five dedicated parking spaces for the house and two separate dedicated spaces for the garage on the right side of the garage. The Town of Narragansett has noise and public nuisance ordinances. The noise level must be kept below 55 dBA between the hours of 10pm and 7am. Noise levels that exceed this level and outdoor gatherings between the hours of 10pm and 7am will not be tolerated. For any violation, the Town of Narragansett Police Department will issue penalties in the form of a fine of not less than $400.00 or imprisonment of not more than 30 days. Any subsequent violation can lead to greater fines and imprisonment.
