provides walkability to the Block Island Ferry, quintessential RI restaurants including George’s tiki bar with live music, fresh caught local seafood, fishing boats, marinas, gift shops & homemade ice cream. Roger Wheeler State Beach is also very close by. This bright and airy 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse has a great open floor plan. The main level includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area, living room with a large tv, comfortable pull out queen size sofa bed and a half bath. Off the living room there are sliding glass doors that lead to a deck with a grill and seating area, offering gorgeous ocean views. The second level has a master suite with a queen size bed, tv, full bath and a private balcony showcasing picture perfect water and Block Island views. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, tv and a full bath. There is also a laundry area with a washer and dryer. Hardwood flooring & central’s air throughout the unit. This property offers peace and tranquility yet is close enough to all the great attractions that Narragansett has to offer! Loved our beach getaway

This condo was perfect for our six-day stay in the fall. It's well-equipped, comfortable and within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and the ferry. Michelle was quick to respond to questions. We loved having coffee and drinks on the balconies. It's a wonderful spot.

A beautiful place to stay

The pictures on the site and descriptions were completely accurate. Michelle is a fantastic host and very responsive. I was so impressed with the property that I sent Michelle a note to let her know how happy we all were with our stay. The location could not be better. The sunrise from the master bedroom is stunning. I highly recommend this property and Michelle as a host.

Wonderful beach vacation!

We’ve stayed here a few summers now and it’s always a great time! We love how close we are to the beach and especially love waking up to the sound of seagulls and getting to watch the ferries and boats. Being able to walk over to restaurants and ice cream is a huge plus! The home is very clean and perfectly and thoughtfully decorated with so many “beach” touches. Great beach vacation!

Perfect location for a perfect vacation!

Really enjoyed the spotless condo. Private path to beach and everything is within walking distance. Enjoyed a trip to Block Island (Ferry is a minute walk) Looking forward to staying here again next year for sure!

We absolutely loved our stay in this VRBO. Michelle was very responsive and so nice! The property was stunning, so clean and extremely comfortable! It was also very convenient as we were right next door to the wedding venue making it so easy for us for not only the rehearsal activities but day of wedding. We would most definitely stay here again and will recommend to anyone who goes to the area!

Spent a long weekend with my grown daughter at Michelle's condo. It was exactly as pictured and described, and had everything we needed. Very comfortable and clean, and I have very high standards! Michelle was wonderful to deal with, incredibly responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay at this condo again!

Cute, comfortable & clean condo

Just returned from a week at Michelle’s condo! We had a wonderful week and enjoyed our time in and out and about the area. The condo is adorably decorated, well appointed with everything you may need for a beach week and spotless! Some highlights included several meals at George’s, drinks at the Tiki Bar and ice cream and baked goods at The Sweet Spot! We also were lucky enough to celebrate the 4th with an amazing fireworks display right on the beach!! Beautiful spot!

Wedding Oasis

This townhouse was absolutely beautiful and in such a perfect, stunning location. The view was phenomenal and the inside was perfectly decorated and spacious, with balconies overlooking the gorgeous ocean. The host provided everything you could need or want, and was also very responsive and accommodating to my needs. The place felt so cozy and welcoming. If your looking for prime location and ocean views in Narragansett RI i would highly suggest renting this townhouse. The restaurants and bars in the area are walking distance and so delicious and convenient. We had the best stay for our wedding weekend and I honestly couldn't have picked a more perfect place! I will be renting again from you next summer! Thank you for everything!

We spent a week in September at this location. Home was clean, had water views from the two small decks and was conveniently located near the ferry,George’s, and a nice beach. We really enjoyed the home and would recommend it.

The condo was great as were all the restaurants we tried. Very convenient for block island ferry. The only that would have made it even better would be to be directly on the beach rather than a house back. Beach access was easy.

Great Fishing Town

Beach Vacation

Our stay at the condo was perfect! Communication with Michelle was very easy and she was extremely responsive! The location to the beach and restaurants were within walking distance. The condo was very clean, as shown in the pictures, the beach theme was very well displayed throughout. Our family likes to cook a lot while away, the utensils, pots pans etc, were exactly what was needed! It was our first trip to RI for a family vacation and it was simply amazing, our daughters first time at the beach and ocean and she didn’t want to leave at the end of each day! We look forward to staying again without a doubt!
