"Delightful "

"Got to get away with my husband and my four children who are in their twenties. This house was perfect!!! It was so clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies!!! The beach chairs and umbrella were great to have and we enjoyed playing some games we found in the closet. We walked almost everywhere!! The host was easy to reach and gave us some good ideas including the Tiki Bar at George’s and Matunuck Oyster Bar. The ferry was close and we went to Block Island for a day trip. We also rented a fishing charter in Galilee which was so much fun. Everyone was very happy and we have many wonderful memories of our visit. If I could give this property more than 5 stars I would but it stops at 5. 😀"

"The Atlantic House was such a pleasant surprise! Clean, location was great, staff very friendly and the price was good as well. You're within walking distance of the beach, great restaurants and shops, so nice not to have to get back in the car to grab a bite of food. We'll definitely being going back! "

"This house is amazing. It fit us all comfortably and is beautifully decorated. Everything is all new and it has great outdoor space. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bathroom had lots of towels. We didn’t get to go to the beach, but the garage was stocked with everything you would need. The host was very easy to contact and was very accommodating. My only advice would be to make sure you bring soap for the bathrooms. I was surprised to find out that there was none, ☺️"

"Allagash Splash was a perfect property for a southern family staying in RI for a wedding in Newport. Also have family in Bonnet. Best part of the house is the yard - fire pit and cornhole were utilized a lot! Location was perfect. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel is in the midst of renovations. The outside is in need of repair, but the rooms and common areas are clean and updated. The deck could use some paint, etc., but the view is fabulous and the seating is comfortable. The pool was clean - hot tub was not working. Front desk staff was courteous and pleasant. Housekeeping staff was also very pleasant. Maintenance staff was hard at work cleaning and sprucing the property up. Honestly, we went expecting the worst based on so many negative reviews, and we were pleasantly surprised. We were attending a wedding on Memorial Day weekend, so lodging options were limited. We will plan to return for a short vacation in the off-season. No complaints about experience. They are obviously working toward getting the property into shape. Everything takes time. "
