"I loved the hotel and some of the best and most attentive service anywhere I've ever stayed. The signposting to the camp needs drastic improvement (my taxi got lost which I understood) and the road to get there is dreadful. The accommodation is fabulous and I slept so well. The hotel has an Indian owner and most of the guests were Indian, either from India or local. The way they spoke to and disrespectfully treated the staff was shocking and entirely unacceptable. "Recently stayed here for two nights on our honeymoon trip to Kenya. After a week on safari the amenities were much appreciated, and from our experience, this hotel is one of the most luxurious in the country. WiFi in common areas was fine, room views of watering hole were amazing. Staff was extremely friendly. Lots of animals everyday at the watering hole, there are many openings to the outdoors so plan on bringing warm clothes even when hanging out inside. The beds could afford to be a bit more...
