"Lovely old character building in a nice quiet area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and coffee really nice. A great place to unwind and relax. Beds very comfortable and large rooms with plenty of space. Just short on plug sockets for the all important phone charging. Dog friendly so you can bring your best four-legged friend with you too. Just relax and enjoy. "

Our suite was spotless and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views. Dinner and breakfast were included in the boarding price which was very convenient for our family of 5 and both were absolutely delicious — fresh, local, and beautifully presented. The pool with a stunning view was a relaxing bonus. The location is ideal, just a short drive from Rome and Florence. Peaceful, luxurious, and welcoming — we can’t wait to return"

"Our large group of family and friends loved our stay. Even with spotty weather (Spring rains) we were either cozy or basking in the sun by the pool. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, thoughtful host….we loved this spot. Todi was wonderful too - very few tourists and lots of places to eat. This is our 4th villa stay and this is now one of our very favorites!"

"It was kinda in the middle of the boonies. But has amazing views. Staff has a hard time speaking english but we found a way to understand each other. Overall had a lovely experience. Make sure you make transportation plans in advance it is impossible to find a taxi and buses will not get you to this location. "
