"INCREDIBLE! This was our favorite place in Italy, it was like living in a fairy tale. Beautiful view, wonderful restaurant, accommodations and service were above and beyond. Concierge went out of his way to be kind and make great recommendations for attractions in the area. He is the heart of the place and the family said talking with him was one of the highlights of the trip! The property was well thought out and immaculately maintained. If I had to give constructive feedback I would recommend changing out the shower head to an angled one that fit the scale of the shower better. "

"The rooms and common areas were just run down, the restaurant is good and its bus stop is in the parking lot. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. There aren’t very many hotels in the area, this one is clean just run down"
