"Just did one night stay here between flights, but would stay again if in the Narita area. Close to the train station that was only 2 stops direct from the airport. Clean hotel, many comfort amenities to make stay easy, ice machine for our water bottles, always a bonus. Mini fridge in room and microwave on our floor as needed. Was easy to walk around the city to explore before our flight while they held our bags for us. Everything nice and convenient and would stay again. "

"The staff were absolutely amazing, very kind and helpful. Rooms were thoroughly cleaned and breakfast was good value. The regular shuttle bus to the local stations as well as the airport was really useful! Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying here. "

"Great place. Everything about it was amazing. Only reason I gave it 3 stars on location is there is nothing around the hotel property. They do have free shuttle service to train station, mall and airport. So you can definitely get around easily. Awesome friendly staff. "
