"This property is old fashioned but very large. There is a good covered outdoor space with a barbecue and large table with chairs. The internal open plan provides plenty of space. There is plenty of internal lighting, including a number of skylights. Whilst the beds were comfortable, the linen provided was inadequate. There were no blankets, aside from the doonas, and so on a hot night no alternative for bedding. Towels provided were sparse and some even threadbare. Kitchen facilities were...

"A great location super close to the racecourse, the house is really clean, tidy and spacious and the kitchen is really well equipped. A bbq on the back deck would have been great, and a clothes dryer handy, although there are plenty of airers provided! Overall we loved our stay here and would absolutely recommend."

"Our family of four 2 adults, 2 kids under 12 had a lovely stay at Jimley cottage. The little touches and layout of the home is cosy. The beds were comfortable and nicely made. Extra throws and blankets were beautiful too. Kitchen was stocked. Welcome basket was a nice treat the kids love. They said large smart tv is like home away from home. "The house was spacious, comfortable and clean with everything we needed. Located in a convenient position about halfway between Warrnambool and Port Fairy. Also very good for our pooch as the back deck can be closed off with a gate to prevent your pet running off. We were made very welcome by Richard on arrival who gave us lots of good local info re things to see, places to eat and walks to do. A great base for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday!"
