"Clean and very helpful staff The place location is quite and serene though to go around town you constantly need a cab which is hard to get and that makes the stay there more challenging."

"I do not recommend this property for the following reasons: Location- terrible. We couldn't find any mode of transport to the Ghats & market. There is also no sign board on the road to guide you to this place and one has to ask around people on street, guards to help if they help. Service- our food order arrived 30+ minutes late and after several follow-ups. Aircons have no remote so you need to keep furniture to stand on and then reach for the controls. Bathrooms - the washbasin taps open...

"Unable to find, contact or message. No response yet, I will get refunded. No check-in instructions and directions. No one in the area knows this hotel name"

"Definitely not a 4 star. Poor service. Poor management and staff. Cleanliness terrible. Would not stay here again. "
