Villa 3 double bedrooms - ideal for couples and families

This house is very suitable for an absolutely sea and relaxation holiday. It is located in Santa Maria al Bagno just 800 meters. from the sea and 10 min. by car from Gallipoli, reference point of the "VIP Holidays", and even closer are the splendid "Santa Caterina" and the unmissable natural park of "Porto Selvaggio". It is an underground house for about 50 cm. as can be clearly seen from the photos, it consists of 3 double bedrooms (2 of which with air conditioning), 1 bathroom with shower cabin, kitchen and outdoor area equipped with umbrella and table. The rooms are very fresh and bright. Expenses included.

Accoglienza cordiale ed affettuosa

Siamo stati accolti con frutta, melone, fichi e fichi d'india appena raccolti. Il sig. Marra è una persona squisita, disponibile e premuroso. L'immobile era esattamente come descritto nell'offerta e non abbiamo avuto sorprese. I luoghi sono fantastici, spiagge, ristoranti, paesaggio. L'accoglienza è sempre gentile ed affabile. Per ragioni di salute di una componente del gruppo abbiamo dovuto anticipare la partenza e siamo stati risarciti per il periodo non goduto. Una dimostrazione di serietà e correttezza veramente encomiabili.

"Che dire.....ottimo il soggiorno e l''ospitalità da parte di Roberto. Se vuoi goderti la vacanza e non dare la priorità esclusiva alla casa, allora hai trovato l''alloggio giusto. Noi eravamo di questa politica, divertimento con appoggio casa. L''unico intoppo è il bagno, uno solo, ma fortunatamente c''era una doccia fuori, utilissima. Da precisare tutti i luoghi e ristoranti consigliatoci per iscritto da Roberto, sono stati davvero molto utili."

"Siamo capitati veramente...

"Siamo capitati veramente per caso nella villa del Sig. Marra e forse è proprio vero che le cose belle arrivano sempre quando meno te l''aspetti. Il soggiorno è stato veramente bello con tantissime escursioni in giro per il Salento, una terra che noi ancora non conoscevamo ma che ci ha insegnato molto. Le persone sono tutte molto gentili e disponibili ci si sente praticamente in famiglia sempre. Il proprietario e la sua famiglia sono stati veramente gentili e accorti a non farci mancare nulla. Un grazie particolare va alla Sig.ra Teresa che con le sue ottime torte ci ha veramente deliziati. La villa si trova a circa 800 mt. dal lungomare che si raggiunge per una stradina pedonale, la zona è molto tranquilla e rilassante. Il parcheggio fronte casa poi ti fa sentire veramente in vacanza. L''appartamento anche se non è particolarmente lussuoso non manca assolutamnte di nulla. Ci sono tre camere, un bagno con cabina doccia, una cucina abitabile e all''esterno c''è un tavolo con un ombrellone, i proprietari abitano a fianco ma sono persone veramente discrete e speciali e i loro suggerimenti e consigli sono stati preziosissimi. Ottime le trattorie consigliate (pesce freschissimo) e le insenature ed angoli nascosti che abbiamo scoperto solo grazie a loro. Per le nostre esigenze l''appartamento che abbiamo affittato si è rivelato comodissimo, sicuramente è stato un soggiorno da ripetere e da consigliare."
