The residence is very close to the beach and the main connections. The breakfast is delicious, in particoular the local pasticciotti.

Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, mit zwei Badezimmern und ausreichend Platz. Auch die Küche ist mit Spülmaschine und Backofen gut ausgestattet. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine, was bei längeren Aufenthalten praktisch ist. Das Frühstück ist lecker und ausreichend. Alle Angestellten waren freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Das Einzige, was nicht optimal ist, ist die Lage in einem reinen Wohngebiet mit teilweise verlassenen/sanierungsbedürftigen Unterkünften. Das stört aber nicht, wenn man ein Auto zur Verfügung hat. Toll ist auch der Fußballplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der in der Beschreibung genannte Spielplatz ist zwar noch da, kann aber nicht genutzt werden, da er größtenteils überwuchert ist und auf einem umzäunten Grundstück steht.

Bella struttura, nuova e confortevole. Appartamenti curati e puliti. Colazione ricca e abbondante preparata al momento. La titolare Manuela sempre presente e disponibile. Veramente consigliato.

Piacevolissimo soggiorno

Appartamento confortevole e pulitissimo, a poca distanza da Torre Lapillo, Porto Cesareo, Punta Prosciutto. Colazione ottima, con dolci fatti in casa, brioches, pasticciotti leccesi e prodotti del territorio. Piscina e idromassaggio a disposizione degli ospiti. E soprattutto grande professionalità, cortesia e disponibilità da parte di Manuela, riferimento prezioso operante (sempre con apprezzata discrezione) all' interno della struttura. Esperienza da riprovare sicuramente e da consigliare.
