"Le jour de l’arrivée nous sommes tenus dans le suspense à savoir si tout va bien aller et que nous aurons l’appartement. Outre la réservation et une information que nous recevrions une confirmation avec code d’entrée par courriel rien de plus et rien du gérant de l’immeuble. Démarches difficiles pour rejoindre le locateur et aller à ses buteaux. Le paiement avec réservation n’aurait pas été effectué. Beaucoup de problèmes avec le logiciel de paiement…de sorte que sans le savoir cela n’a pas...

"We had a lovely family holiday here.. We were 5 min walk to the beach and a 15min bus into the city. The hone was Very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The host was very accommodating and easy to deal with. He gave us lits of recommendations in the locak area. . I woukd highly recommend staying here"

"La maison est belle, grande, bien équipée dans un quartier calme et agréable, mais présente quelques problèmes de fonctionnement :- La climatisation ne fonctionne pas dans une des chambres.- Le 8 mai, nous avons eu une mésaventure. Il a beaucoup plu et l'entrée de lamaison a été inondée. Nous avons dû mettre des serviettes pour absorber l'eau.- Deux fenêtres ne ferment pas correctement, elles peuvent être ouvertes del'extérieur sans effort.- EAU CHAUDE : La principale raison pour laquelle nous...

"Cute old beach house at 350 m from the beach. Several small supermarkets right next to it and easy public transport to the city center. Beds were a bit small, but for the rest it was perfect. Very nice host who only speaks Spanish, but with Google Translate there was no problem."

"This lovely 2 bedroom house in the suburb of Foios is nicely decorated and well appointed. The rooms are spacious and the outdoor area is particularly nice. It is a short walk to the metro to Valencia and about a 20 minute drive. The town is sleepy but very friendly, and like most Spanish suburbs, has a nice selection of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. "

"Great location and straight forward to check in. It had everything we needed and a lovely, spacious private patio area which was perfect. Really close to shops, restaurants, the metro, Botanical and Turia gardens all really worth a visit. The safe didn’t work though and the door to the patio garden didn’t lock. It’s quite noisy as people come back from a night out as you can here people very clearly in the corridor from you room but other than that all was good."
