"Little off the main route , but should not matter if you have a car. I was not familiar with Rorbuer concept so was little surprise to not see any toiletries provided. But owner was nice to provide bedsheet and towel. Please be aware that breakfast not provided.Local people may be aware of this concept , but going from US I did not know that you are supposed to carry some stuff with you. Over all good experience and cost economical "

"Amazing location, the cabins are gorgeous. And the view of the water and surrounding area is awesome. Also highly recommend using the sauna. Best sauna and view I’ve ever seen. Highly recommend staying here."

"Location is just off the road and very noisy and the water far away. End of June stay, curtain not very thick, window without blinds, door not matte enough, so the night was very bright."

Great place to learn about local Lofoten history.

"Staying at Nysfjord was a treat. All is very well taken caren of, the staff is really friendly and helpful, the food is excellent (we loved the pizza and breakfast), and the village is fun to explore and learn about. The rooms are super comfortable and have everything you need. "
