"I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Toledo-Maumee. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the overall condition of the property and facilities was excellent. Everything felt well-maintained and modern. The location was also a big plus—safe, quiet, and conveniently located near shopping and dining options with easy parking. The only slight downside was the staff and service. While overall good, there were a few moments where service could have been a bit more attentive or friendly. However, it didn’t significantly impact the comfort of my stay. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a clean and comfortable place in the area!"

"I rarely stay at “suite” hotels when I’m on a road trip. I just need a bed, a bathroom, and maybe a tv. But the price and location was perfect for this stop so I booked it. The property was clean, well-staffed, and, because there was a neat little “kitchen” in the room and a few decent microwaveable options in the lobby store, I was able to have a late meal (including ice cream for dessert!) in my room. On real plates. With real flatware. I checked out the pool area but didn’t end up swimming (it was overrun with children, as expected - no shade to the kids!). It looked well-kept and clean, if the room was a little dark and sort of gloomy. Maybe the lights weren’t on?? Anyway, it was great and, if the price remains in the same ballpark, this location may become a regular stop for me."

"Excellent stay, top notch customer service! Prompt , professional service at check in; she was very knowledgeable and friendly, made sure we had everything we needed. I travel frequently, and am very impressed with the room cleanliness. Our suite was spacious enough to travel with our daughter, and accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast, and love having coffee available in lobby 24/7. We look forward to coming back for next year’s event !"
