"The owner was the MOST hospitable! We were there for business and the location was super convenient for the consoles . But the service from this b and b…OVER and ABOVE. When I come to Napoli again I definitely will choose this B&B. Clean, spacious, central. "

"I absolutely do not recommend the place. I booked it as a hotel room which ended up to be a air B&B. This is Expedia’s fault which list this place as a hotel. The outside, hallways and surround the room area was extremely dirty and unbelievable. Inside the room was just ok. Beside the whole family had just 1 key and card which could not get to the facility and room. There was no customer service. Towels and bathroom smelled like a mold. The breakfast was like going to outside and the other side...

"Ho soggiornato recentemente al Click&Sleep Fuorigrotta e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. La posizione è comoda, la struttura pulita e accogliente, ma ciò che ha fatto davvero la differenza è stata l’attenzione dell’host, Paolo, sempre disponibile e pronto a risolvere con tempestività qualsiasi piccolo problema si presentasse nella stanza. Un altro punto forte è stata la colazione presso il Waikiki Bar: ricca, varia e di ottima qualità, perfetta per iniziare la giornata con il sorriso....

" Good location as we took rental car at the airport, parked into close garage overnight (15€). Good experience and connection with man who arranged all for us on site. Breakfast located close in the bar, we were statisfied, of course, room was new, clean, safe with a/c."

"Nice place, though this does not feel like hotel hotel more like an shared apartment. We received no information on how to get into the building or our room. Luckily another couple was also staying there and entering at the same time, they were helpful enough to tell me how to get access, but this was not ideal. Might have been my fault for not sending IDs beforehand but also there was no follow up after booking. It was fixed quickly as soon as I talked to the host and the place was nice....
