Loved the property, clean and very comfortable bed. Our host Louie was terrific and the staff so so nice!! Train station right there and amazing food EVERYWHERE!!! I would stay here again!!
Amazing hosts, very helpful and friendly! Great place to stay. Nice and clean rooms. Nice genuine Italian breakfast in the nearby cafe. I would definitely recommend.
You enter the room with amazing paint scheme that just tunes your mood to vacation mode. The height of the room is INCREDIBLY SPACIOUS and feels like home. Antonio was able to pick us up from the airport and even gave recommendations of amazing restaurants in the area. Amazing property location near one of the main train stations that takes you to Sorento! The host was incredibly nice! Definitely recommend this place to everyone!

The hotel interior is wonderful and clean. Unfortunately, it is in a very old rundown building and is difficult to find since there is only a small sign on the door. The neighborhood is sketchy, though there are 2 very nice cafes next door. Owner does not stay at the hotel so it is necessary to make arrangements for a certain time to meet him. Breakfast was just packaged items the first day; the 2nd day we didn’t get anything. Easy walking distance from RR station.

This property is conveniently positioned for rail and coach services, with plenty of reasonably priced restaurants nearby, If your looking for clean local accommodation living like a local then this could be the place for you, entrance is through a small doorway into an entrance hall with no information as where to go, Once inside the place is neat and tidy, with a lovely ensuite and large bed, good aircon cooking facility's are shared if you wish to use them, Probably not for the nervous tourist as the lock on the sliding bedroom door could be stronger, but saying that all went well for me.
It was hard to find the property. The owner opened the main door by phone and he doesn’t stay at the property. He came at nighttime (10:30 pm)and knocked the door while we were sleeping. Really awful and unprofessional.
This place was just fine. It was clean, basic, and conveniently located. The ac and hot water worked great. Yes the neighbor is a bit loud, but expect that for one that has a transport hub, flea markets and street cafes. Antonio met us to check in and made sure we were ok via WhatsApp. If you want a place with inexpensive and decent basic conditions and you will not be disappoint. Reading the reviews it is clear that expectations for the property are really mixed. The neighbor is bustling and the place súper of transport options. It is also with walking distance of the thick of what Naples has to offer. Breakfast is also basic; if not to your pleasing there are three restaurants right near where it is offered. My teenager and I have traveled a lot throughout the world and found the location fine. We also loved Naples, which likely helped.
The area surrounding the hotel itself isn't the greatest but this hotel is a gem. We came to this location due to it being near the train station (just a 1 minute walk) but the location is a bit dirty. However, this hotel made it all worth it! When we arrived, Luigi opened the door for us, showed us everything and was very helpful with anything we needed. When we were ready to check out, we had baggage we wanted to store and the owner let us leave it there in the hotel. They're very accompanying in everything you need. The room itself is clean and very pleasant with a nice view out of our window looking at Vesuvius. As well as this, the breakfast was also great, we had it at a nearby cafe that was great. If you need to go to the shop, there is a nice supermarket about 3 mins away with everything you need and also, a great pizza restaurant is also nearby if you need something for dinner. Overall, when coming back to Napoli, I will definitely come back here, thank you!

Though very close to train station the property from the outside is not great. In a very dirty area with trash everywhere on streets. Contact prior to check-in with host was not easy and after check-in i felt like i was waiting on him just to pay the tourist tax. Shower took a,long time to warm up but did work well. I also killed a cockroach in the bathroom but apparently due to the heat etc..this is not uncommon. Only found the one but other dead cockroaches were on the property buildingin the stairwell.. Was given a paper ticket to trade in for a,coffee and pastry at nearby coffee shop. It was very good . Overall, inexpensive and for the value it was fine
This was my first time in Naples, and I wanted a hotel close to the metro station. Getting into the hotel was pretty straight-forward. The host met me at the reception desk. He spoke limited English, but we were able to understand the basics of my room and stay. He gave me a tour of my room and explained how to use the keys.
My room was nice. The only minor issue was that the A/C unit was far from the bed and so high up on the wall that it took a long time for the room to get cool. Wi-fi was also spotty. I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel the next morning, which was a bit of a concern, given that no one was available at reception initially when I returned in the afternoon. Antonio just happened to return while I was waiting, and I retrieved my luggage and continued on the rest of my trip.
The streets are not the most pleasant to walk through, but if you are a looking for a good hotel for a night that's close to the bus/metro stops, this is a good value.
The entry way was blocked by a vendor stand and as you walk through the building door you are hit with rancid pee smells. Walking up the old marble steps 3 flights wasn’t too bad, but unexpected with 3 kids and luggage. Our room was clean but smelled of heavy colognes. The lovely window to the patio was a very nice. There was no 24 hour desk. We were given tickets to a breakfast that included coffee and a piece of bread, but the cafe was one building over. Something we did not know till day 2 of my ur travels. There was no one at check in that spoke English. We had pounding on the doors by others also trying to check in and being lost. We had 4 am ringing phone into the lobby. We had the water pump to our toilet run repeatedly making a horrible racket every time we flushed for the first night. The water pressure was enough to peel the rust off the
