Welcome to our fabulous two-bedroom newly renovated unit that can be yours for the price of an ordinary hotel room. Located on the ground floor this ‘Vacation in Paradise’ offers 1343 square feet of carefree living space with an enclosed Lanai surrounded by lush tropical greens and a scenic view of the lake. Beautifully appointed condo that accommodates up to 6 people has a fully-equipped kitchen, large living and separate dining area, full size washer and dryer.
The spacious master bedroom with a stunning large bay window overlooking the lake and private entrance to the balcony is furnished with a brand new king size bed and top of the line mattress, two night tables and an armoire with TV. Enjoy spacious walk-in closet and adjoined oversized bathroom with two sinks and separate Roman soaker Tub.
The guest bedroom features two comfortable twin beds with a six-drawer chest, matching night stand and TV. Sliding door from the bedroom let’s you in to the private bathroom with shower, that can be entered from hallway as well.
Living room is thoughtfully decorated and staged with two comfortable sofas (one of them unfolds to a sofa-bed), end tables and a tv-stand with a large Smart Voice activated TV. There is a small desk that can be used for any purpose to add additional comfort for business travelers.
Beautiful kitchen with newly painted white cabinets and countertops equipped with everything that you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. There is a large size fridge with ice dispenser, stove, microwave, dishwasher and Keurig Coffee Maker as well as all the plates, pots, pans and utensils. Separate dining area with table and chairs and a gorgeous bar with barstools to everyone’s liking.
