Just beyond nearby sliding glass doors, the screened-in lanai and pool provide the perfect places to kick back with a chilled beverage and enjoy a cool dip on a hot day. There are even poolside loungers to work on your suntan, a six-seat table for al fresco dining, and a hot tub for soaks at the end of the day. Back inside, the kitchen offers everything you'll need for quick and easy meal prep. Lay out snacks and ingredients on ample wooden countertops and use all the right cooking accessories to get the job done effortlessly. The retro kitchen has a breakfast nook and bay window, perfect for sitting in with a favorite beverage. When your main course is ready, move over to the six-seat dining table or enjoy lush views while you dine on the lanai. Feeling like a barbecue? Just fire up the gas grill! Take a post-meal group ride around the neighborhood on three adult bikes located in the garage, or grab the home's six beach chairs and head to the beach. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
