The Home:
The living room soars to the second floor, with an oversized leather sectional, a wall-mounted TV and an electric fireplace, and large sliders open to the pool, spa and canal. The kitchen has quartz counters, a gas range, premium stainless steel appliances, a mini fridge and an island with 4 barstools, and the dining area seats 6. An open lift in the garage is available with a signed waiver.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
On the first floor, the primary suite has a king bed, a seating area, a large TV, direct pool access and an en suite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub, a walk-in shower and dual vanities. The second first-floor bedroom has a daybed, a desk and direct pool access. Upstairs, three bedrooms have a king bed, 2 queen beds and a queen bed, and two of them open to the balcony. One upstairs bedroom has a private bath, and another full bath is shared. A half bath by the pool is open to the sky.

Outdoor Living:
The screened, travertine lanai has a heated pool that runs from a shallow wading shelf to 7 feet, with a spillover spa, and it faces south for all-day sun. Under the covered area, a sofa seats 3 and a round dining table seats 6. 4 Adirondack chairs with an umbrella sit by the pool, and upstairs the balcony has a love seat and 2 oversized chairs looking over the canal. A Blackstone griddle, an outdoor shower and a pool bath round out the space.

Beach: 10 beach chairs, 5 coolers, a 10 x 10 canopy and 2 beach wagons.
Bikes: 4 adult bikes and 4 helmets.
Little ones: 1 Pack 'n Play, plus life vests and pool noodles for the pool.
Kitchen extras: toaster, blender, tea kettle, Ninja smoothie maker, manual orange juicer, Keurig and drip coffee makers, a DeLonghi espresso maker, a Nespresso machine, and fridge ice.

The home sits on a canal in Conners at Vanderbilt Beach. Vanderbilt Beach is a 1.0 mile drive, and the Mercato and Waterside Shops are a short drive away. Bring or rent kayaks and paddleboards from local outfitters to explore the water.

• Parking: 1-car garage plus 2 spaces on the driveway.
• Trash & recycling: our trash and recycling program takes the cans to the curb and brings them back for you automatically.
• Pool safety: the pool has no safety fence or alarm. Please supervise children at all times.
