We kindly ask you to respect these simple rules:No Parties: The penthouse is amazing for groups, but parties or events are strictly forbidden, as well as inviting unregistered external guests.Quiet Hours: The terraces are magical for a peaceful aperitif. After 11:30 PM, please lower your voice to enjoy the quiet above the roofs while respecting our neighbors.Smoking: You are welcome to smoke outdoors on the terraces using the provided ashtrays. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bedrooms and living room.

We will be delighted to welcome you in person upon your arrival! We will meet you directly at the main entrance door on Via Santa Brigida to hand over the keys, show you around the penthouse, and guide you to your two private panoramic terraces.Since the elevator goes up to the 5th floor, our team will be happy to help you carry all your luggage up the final flight of stairs to the house entrance on the 6th floor.
