Welcome to #CasaRosea, located on coveted interior street of Flamingo Estates. This 3-bedroom / 2-full bathroom home boasts an open, custom floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a large private pool. Enjoy the spacious screened patio area by the pool, complete with a comfortable seating lounge and a dining area with a grill – perfect for outdoor entertaining. Home is a very short ride to the beach, convenience stores and many attractions. We are less than 4 miles from the heart of downtown — 5th Avenue South (home to many of Naples' top restaurants, cafes and shopping). The perfect getaway home for your Naples trip.
We wish you a memorable stay first and foremost. Have a gathering and enjoy yourselves, play music and have fun, but please be respectful of our home and the rules by keeping the noise to a fair level that doesn't disturb the neighbors.
Quiet Hours: 10:00PM to 7:00 AM
NO large parties.
NO smoking inside the home, garage included.
Pets with approval. Pet fee applies.
NO music outside after 10:00 p.m.
NO glass allowed in and around the pool area (for your convenience we have provided plastic and paper cups/glasses for you during your stay).
Garbage days are Monday and Thursday.
Pool Service on Mondays.
Landscaping on Tuesdays.
