The space
This spacious studio apartment is located on a peaceful cul de sac in a quiet residential neighborhood. It has been carefully decorated to make you feel comfortable and at home.
This fully-equipped studio has everything you need. You will enter to find a well-appointed living area with snacks and wine waiting for you. A dining area, set for two, is positioned near the kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator and everything you need for whipping up a meal, or simply enjoying a cup of complimentary coffee or tea. A washer and dryer with provided laundry detergent will also help you feel right at home. Relax on the sofa and watch Disney+ or Netflix on the smart tv. In the spacious restroom, you will find a walk-in shower and large vanity fully stocked with essentials. The luxurious queen-size bed has crisp white linens and is ready for the perfect night's sleep. Catch up on some emails from the dedicated workspace. Outside, a patio set gives you an area to catch some sun's rays.

Guest access
Exclusive and private access to studio apartment and attached parking area. Guests enter via key in a lockbox, and will be provided with that code before their arrival date. With your key, you can come and go comfortably at any time with freedom.

Other things to note
Guests will enter the driveway and drive straight to the side of the house. There they will find ample room for parking and find the lockbox to enter the home.
