The apartment includes 1 bedroom (queen bed) with an ensuite bathroom and an open living room floor plan with a sofa bed (full size) and a kitchenette.

The kitchenette provides utensils, pots and pans, dishes, a hotplate for cooking, an air fryer, a microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. We offer a complimentary welcome pack with 4 coffee pods and some sugar packets. For stays longer than one day, guests should bring their own coffee and food. Please note: there is no oven.

This is a guest studio attached to the main house, but it has a separate entrance and no access to the main house.

The property operates on a well water system.

Quite neighborhood in Golden Gate City, centrally located in Naples of I-75. The home has parking for four cars in the driveway.

Please note: The main house may have other guests or families staying during your visit, but your space is completely private with no shared access.
Check in is at 4:00 PM. If you need to check in earlier please reach out to see if it's possible. The house is on a septic tank. Please do not put any oil down the kitchen drain. Please do not put any tampons, pads or body wipes down the toilet. Please rinse off all the beach gear every time you return to the house so the gear doesn't get worn out, there is a hose right by the patio entrance. If you need to take out recycling or trash during your stay, there are green trash cans on the other side of the house. The yellow lid trash can is for recycling items only. We understand that things break, it happens, however please reach out to us as soon as you can so we can replace the item before the next guest checks in. If you have any issues with the appliances please reach out ASAP so we can get it fixed.
