Just minutes from white sand beaches-Vanderbilt beach and Bluebill beach access are both a 15-20 minute walk away. Located on 500 block of Naples Park, with easy access to Mercato are with fine dining, shopping and entertainment. Pool is heated and gets sunshine all day (south facing.) Huge Lanai with plenty of seating. This home is set up for comfort and enjoyment with family and friends. 6' stucco wall enclosing pool and back yard provides privacy while soft lighting creates relaxing ambiance in the evening and 4 bikes are provided with house!! Beach chairs, umbrella, towels and coolers are available for your use.

This home has kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, remodeled bathrooms and large lanai next to pool.

Cook on the grill by the pool, then walk to the beach to enjoy the beautiful sunsets at Vanderbilt Beach. At night you can walk or take a short drive to Naples newest 'hot spot' The Mercato. Night life, shops, movie cinemas, restaurants, book store, Whole Foods, Traders Joes, Publix and Walmart within 1 mile.

Beautiful House

Sister’s trip

We had a wonderful time and we’re so happy with the entire house. It was furnished nicely with everything that we needed. We loved the open pool without a screen over it and it was close to shopping and the beach. We would love to stay there again.

December in Naples

Always enjoy going to Naples,Fl in December. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else but at one of Dan's homes. Neat, clean close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thanks again.

Perfect location for a weekend getaway

Great Girls Trip!

We had a great stay! Heated pool was a bonus. Great location and close to Mercato to enjoy morning yoga and back to relax by the pool. Very nice updated property. This is Year #2 for this location and will plan to return.

Best stay in naples

The property, and owner were excellent. Everything was as posted, and we enjoyed the stay emensly. Most our time was out by the pool, and was always the same nice temp no matter when we used it. Neighborhood was clean, quiet and very peaceful. Can't wait to get back.

Great Family Getaway

My family had a great time at this property. Everything we needed was there, which was mostly just the pool :) Great location very near to Vanderbilt beach. And did I mention the pool was great?! Hopefully we'll be back soon! This was perfect for our little family getaway!
