Home on 3.5 wooded acres. Open floor plan with 9 foot ceilings. Cozy up to the gas fireplace and enjoy a movie on the large screen Smart TV, or enjoy your favorite book. Snuggle down in comfy queen sized beds in the 2 spacious bedrooms. The well appointed kitchen adjoins the living area, so the cook is not left out of the action. The front and back of the house has covered porches so you can enjoy the outdoors even if the weather is less than perfect during your stay. A large patio off the back porch offers plenty of room to barbecue, take a nice soak in the hot tub, and simply enjoy the outside. 20 Minutes to Bristol Mountain, 4 minutes to downtown Naples, 16 minutes to Cummings Nature Center, 11 Minutes to Canandaigua Lake South End State Boat Launch, 11 minutes to Hi Tor Wildlife Management Area, 11 Minutes to West River Fishing/Small Craft Access Site, 4 minutes to Reservoir Creek Golf Course, 34 minutes to Canandaigua, and 27 minutes to Penn Yan. Close to everything the Naples Valley and the surrounding Finger Lakes region have to offer.

Excellent Getaway!

We had a wonderful and relaxing long weekend away! The house and property are beautiful inside and out and very comfortable. The hot tub was so nice to relax in on the chilly mornings. Enjoyed seeing some wildlife too. Highly recommend this sweet spot!

Valley Pines

Our first time in the Finger Lakes area. Andrew and Tracy’s home/property was clean and well kept. The hot tub was a plus! Check in was a breeze and hosts responded quickly. Very nice hidden gem close to many wineries, breweries, restaurants and hiking etc. in the Finger Lakes area. We plan to stay again!

We Chose this Place Again

We came back after last year's stay. It is a lovely home set in a tall pine woods. It is quiet, yet if you need to get out not far from a small town with some good food. Lots of preserved lands for exploring.

Wonderful stay

This place is just as pictured! So clean and fresh. And even though it's very early in the season, spring landscaping was already done so even the outside looked great. Comfortable bed, plenty of towels, and the hot tub helped us make the best of the chilly weather. Thank you, Andrew and Tracey! Your place is very nice and I highly recommend.

Beautiful Secluded Getaway

This property had everything we wanted for a quiet getaway weekend as busy parents. Quaint, quiet, extremely clean, and only minutes away from many spots that the area offers- breweries, restaurants, views and vistas, and more. How could I forget the clean and awesoem hottub?
