Great view, but poor house conditions

The place has a beautiful view and house looks great from outside. But the inside is messy and with renovations. The room was outdated, the bathroom half functional. I recommend asking for recent pictures before booking.

Simply perfection!

I wish I could give La Dimora Le Fumarole more than 10/10! Everything about this stay was perfection. The location itself is perfect for exploring Campania. The property is simply gorgeous and so charming. The breakfast and coffee is delicious. But best of all is Maria and her kind family who make you feel at home. To anyone considering booking this property -- it'll be the highlight of your vacation and some of your best memories!

Wow. Views, room, stunning.

What an incredible view and room. Spacious, airy, beautiful painting, nice bathroom. View from the private balcony area is stunning. You'll probably want a car, and the only tricky thing is parking, but hosts are awesome. Food options nearby likely require car but Kona was excellent. Drive up to Vesuvius was worth it. A great Basecamp for a Pompei visit.

Une famille très gentille, une belle maison, un magnifique jardin (avec des fumerolles du vésuve), une superbe vue sur la baie de Naples, le calme loin des touristes. On a eu la chance de voir la préparation du VRAI café italien, je serais bien resté plus longtemps ! Encore merci.

Merveilleux séjour

On ne s’y attendaient pas, un petit coin de paradis au pied du Vésuve. Il faut grimper, mais ça vaux le détour ! On a passé un très bon moment. Une chambre spacieuse (Capri), tout confort et une vue imprenable sur Naples et ses environs depuis notre lit avec deux terrasses. Un accueil chaleureux et familiale. On a su communiquer en français sans problème On recommande 👌 Grazie

Beautiful view of Naples City.

Check in was smooth and easy. If you want to leave next day early in the morning, make sure to let the staff know to have your car park closer to the gate, if not you may need to wait other guests to move their car before you can get out. Overall, it is a nice stay for a short over night.

Enjoyable Stay

Great location to see Mt. Vesuvius, Herculaneum, and Pompeii. Imma was extremely friendly and helpful. They have off the street parking available which is nice as the road to the hotel is very narrow and winding. The breakfast was good and the hotel provided good value. The rooms had an eclectic style and many had great views overlooking the Bay of Naples.

Nettes Hotel/Apmit großartigem Ausblick auf Napoli

Das Hotel/Apartments liegt am Fuße des Vesuvs und bietet einen Großartigen Ausblick auf Napoli. Die Cheffin des Hauses ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Insgesamt ist das Hotel/Apartment ordentlich und schön eingerichtet. In unserem Bad/Dusche jedoch deutliche Sporen sichtbar, vermutlich Wasserschaden der sich auch auf Wand in Schlafzimmer ausbreitet und seine Spuren hinterlässt. Dies trübte den sonst insgesamt schönen Aufenthalt deutlich. Frühstück ist Standard und okay.

It is a small B&B, very nice building, beautiful nature and trees, high on the slope of Vesuvius. Getting everywhere one needs a car; the road is narrow and winding. Breakfast was very good (by European standards...) A memorable stay, right on the Volcano #1!

Recomended B&B in Ercolano

We arrived very late at midnight and we were served excellent with full attention. Parking was not so convenient, 3 out of our 4 cars parked on the narrow street. The view of Napoli and the sea from the place is awesome. Breakfast was rich, fresh and good. After checkout we leaved our lagged for a few hours in the hotel and make a nice tour in Ercolano Ruins Hospitality was grate. Thank you very much for the stay in La Dimora Le Fumarole

Quiet location

Ideal place to stay to explore Pompeii, Herculaneum and Vesuvius. Beautiful property a little off the beaten track. Stunning setting, beautiful gardens and a fantastic sun terrace overlooking Naples. Lovely breakfast of croissants, cake, Yoghurt, boiled eggs etc. Would be a great place for a group to stay.

muy buenas vistas

el personal muy atento, pese a hablar solo italiano y un poco de ingles la dueña. el desayuno excelente con todo fresco el cafe preparado al momento. la habitacion muy grande, igual que el baño. la unica pega, el wifi llega muy debil a la habitacion, pero no es algo tan grave. las vistas son increibles tanto de dia como de noche y esta a media hora en coche del crater del vesuvio

Hygge og flot udsigt over Napoli

Hjertelig modtagelse af mama i huset. Parkering indenfor port og fantastisk udsigt over byen fra stor terrasse. Morgenmad ikke det store hvis man ikke er til sukkerkager. Tæt ved Vesuves og Pompeji. Et BB vi godt kunne besøge igen

Great getaway

Great little getaway of a hotel up on the foothills of Vesouvis. Amazing views of Naples down below. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Great escape from city life. Overall a very relaxing atmosphere.

Lovely setting, friendly and helpful.

Everyone was super helpful. The room very clean and the bed was comfortable. The AC worked fine. A lovely breakfast was served. I highly recommend this B&B and would certainly like to return
