This spacious luxury home with 300 sq ft of air conditioned living space and an oversized pool area is located one of Naples' best locations on a large lot on a quiet cul-de-sac. The light-filled living and dining area has ceiling heights that reach to the 2nd floor with oversized windows. The home features 3 bedrooms, 1 study and 3 1/2 baths.

The villa was completely refurnished and equipped Dec 2016.

The modern and fully equipped kitchen has a cooking island, two ovens, microwave, fridge-freezer, etc.

There are three bedrooms at your disposal, two of which have large king-size beds, each equipped with a high-quality memory foam mattress. In the third bedroom there are two single beds.

From this beautiful place you reach downtown Naples, shopping and dining on 5th Avenue and beaches in 15 minutes.
