**Heated pool, walk/bike to beach, kid & pet friendly**

  • Escape from the everyday to your own paradise. Lounge by the inground heated pool and enjoy a family barbeque or watch the sunset on the beach. Kid and pet friendly.

    The house is located only about a mile from Vanderbilt Beach. Many casual and upscale eating establishments and shops are close by: The Mercato, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and more! There are 20+ golf courses within 10 miles of the house. There are 4 bikes for use at the property.

    The kitchen / living room area opens to a spacious covered outdoor patio and large fully fenced backyard with a private heated pool to welcome family and friends. The house comfortably sleeps 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with two additional cots to accommodate up to a maximum of 8 guests.

    We have everything you need to enjoy a short getaway or a family vacation. Bring your bathing suit, sunscreen, and a smile while you relax in luxury and make some memories.
