Beautiful Pool View Condo

Our condo is fully equipped for a weekly vacation or a long stay with all the conveniences and comfort of back home - including new beds, linens, furnishings, and appliances.
We are only a 15-minute drive from Naples and the beautiful white sand beaches of Marco Island. After a relaxing day of sunbathing on the beach, take a stroll on 5th Avenue in Naples and visit the amazing art galleries and enjoy the different shops and fine dining. The condominium complex is also within walking distance to a shopping center where you can find a supermarket and various shops and restaurants to satisfy any taste.
This 2nd floor condo features high ceilings and a lanai that overlooks the pool and picnic areas. The pool area has a beautiful waterfall and a relaxing hot tub. The building is also equipped with an elevator, so no climbing stairs required!
The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed and a desk in case if you need to catch up on some work. There is also a large closet and luxurious bathroom with a Jack and Jill sink. The second bedroom has 1 queen bed. The well-appointed second bathroom features a bathtub, hairdryer, and a washer and dryer.
The living room has a TV with basic Cable and Amazon Fire Stick and complementary Netflix. Free Wifi also included.
You will find everything that you need to cook a meal, including spices, oil, etc. We provide cookware, coffee pot, blender, toaster, dishes, cups, glasses, and utensils.
4 beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and a beach umbrella are conveniently provided for your beach going adventures.
This is a Non-Smoking and a No Pet Condo. Smokers are welcome to step outside into a Tiki picnic area.

If the Pool Key is lost during your visit, you will be charged a fifty ($50) dollar replacement fee. Cleaning fee - $150
