Our cozy, second floor, studio residence has all the amenities of your home away from home. The interior has been updated, including new windows and interior window shutters but will reflect a part of Old Naples that has passed, with hand paintings by a local artist of Gordon Pass before its development and local birds - all combined to provide a fresh coastal cottage feel. This adorable condo residence has a king bed, full kitchen and bath and a table for two! It will give the residents a feel of a cottage near the beach. There is plenty of room for your personal items with a large built-in wardrobe. Cable TV, and Internet/WiFi to ensure you are always connected to the outside world should you want to re-connect after a day of swimming in our oversized, heated pool or the beautiful Gulf of Mexico - across the street and just steps from your front door.
