Fully appointed kitchen,( No Dishwasher), microwave, stove, fridge, auto drip plus kcup coffee makers and cooking utensils. A week supply of toilet tissue and paper towels. Shampoo/conditioner bodywash. Includes salt, pepper and a variety of spices. Xfinity Internet/Antenna TV in living room and bedroom . Living room TV is also equipped with Amazon Firestick for streaming free movies. Bathroom has shower only, no bathtub. Washer & Dryer and laundry soap. The Cozy was absolutely perfect. Super close to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything I needed for the week. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Property owners were extremely accommodating, the room was clean, quiet, no noise at night. This VRBO is in a great location, 15 minutes +/- from anywhere. Beaches in the area are beautiful, best we have ever seen. Clean, safe, easy access. Would go back again, Thank you.

Small, but equipped with everything you will need for your stay! Great to sit outside on the patio and grill after a day at the beach with provided chairs and towels. AC units kept it very comfortable with ceiling fans. Great host! Highly recommend!

The Cozy had everything we needed! We loved having the parking pass for all the local beaches, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. The kitchen had all we needed. We enjoyed grilling, eating on the pati and having morning coffee on the lanai. Thanks for a great stay!! We hope to return!

Fell in love with "The Cozy" from the start. Exceptionally clean and perfectly located for us. We are new to exploring Naples and really love Fort Myers Beach so this really was a great spot.
