"Wow! Those were the first words out of our mouths when we arrived. Judy and her family had done such a wonderful job thinking of everything (from leaving notes and directions and a thoughtful cottage care package). The location is awesome. Nice and quiet and close to the small towns of Picton and Bath, but close enough to Napanee and Kingston. Being right on the water is amazing. Will definitely think about maybe bringing a boat next time to explore more. The cottage is cozy and lots of sleeping...

"Our much-anticipated cottage getaway turned out to be a major letdown. The stairs inside were so steep they felt unsafe, the front deck gate latch was broken, and the grass hadn’t been mowed in weeks. The air conditioner was “fixed” with plastic wrap and band-aids, the deck hadn’t been swept, and swimming off the dock was dangerous. The beach was inaccessible, and wasps were nesting so aggressively that a guest was stung twice. Basic amenities were missing—no kettle, only three fire-pit chairs,...
