"I just stayed here one night as part of a longer journey, but the hotel was beautiful. Clean, comfortable, quie. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, and it’s connected to the train station for ease of travel and options for dining."

"Hotel and room good, has everything need, close to the station. The only thing was hard pillows and need to get a different pillow from reception. There only a few pillows so not enough for all rooms. Better to have a softer pillow in room anyway."

"The room was a beautiful Japanese style room with table and chairs and futons on tatami mats amazing bathroom and private and public onsen! Would have stayed long if I could have! "

"The spa is quite far out but has accessable buses from Sendai Station. The onzen was wonderful and clean. Staff was very friendly and spoke english. Only word of caution is unless you eat at the hotel, dinner options are limited and youd have to walk into town. Still a wondeful experience and would definitely stay again if we are in the Miyagi area. "

"A comfortable, clean business hotel with the added advantage of an onsen on the ground floor. Conveniently located in the traditional area of Yamagata on a bus route from the station. Breakfast in the top floor restaurant was buffet style."
