"We booked a western style room with shared bathroom ( we didn’t noticed it at time of booking). Once we checked in we realized it was shared bathroom . We tried to find it on the floor and couldn’t find it so we asked the staff. The shared showers are the showers from the onset. "One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The room was exceptional with lots of space. The hotel itself is within the railway station complex with easy transport connections. Despite it's proximity to the station we heard no noise whatsoever. We would certainly recommend this hotel ."

"The room was just like any business hotel room. It was clean but definitely dated in some places. Breakfast buffet was great. Free refreshments. Onsen was great. I added breakfast by paying extra when i made this reservation, but at the check in, I was told that it's not included. In the end all was fine."

The property is very picturesque with a nice garden & waterfall. - Great dinner in private dining room with helpful staff - Buffet breakfast was good with a wide range of quality food - Large bedroom with good beddings & aircond - Nice bathroom with separate toilet This hotel is at the top of our return list."
