Our place is located in a beautiful little pedestrian street with trees, with a few cafés and restaurants. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a nice, recent, secure and well maintained condominium with elevator.

Renovated very recently, the apartment has many new amenities (June 2019).

Entrance:
A star-shaped entrance serves the bedroom, the living room and its open kitchen, the bathroom, and the sanitary facilities (separate). The entrance also has large closets and equipment (vacuum cleaner, household equipment, iron and ironing board)

The living room:
Access the living room with its equipped kitchen open to the living room. This room benefits from a nice surface, and gives onto a well equipped balcony with an outdoor living room. The balcony, facing south, is ideal for relaxing or eating.

The kitchen:
The kitchen, open to the living room is modern and very well equipped for your stay. You will find quality appliances (a Whirlpool oven, a refrigerator and a microwave, an induction cooker, a Tefal coffee and tea maker), kitchen utensils (dishes, oven dishes, spinner, saucepan, pressure cooker, new pans with handle, Tefal pan. ...), dishes (dinner plates, dessert plates, coffee cups, bowls, salad bowls, pie dishes, cutlery, carafe, egg cups...). In the kitchen, a bar allows you to have lunch for two.

The living room :
The living room, tastefully decorated, is equipped with a new convertible sofa (June 2019) comfortable chosen to ensure a quality sleep, a coffee table adjustable in height that can also serve as a table to share your meals, a flat screen TV on its TV cabinet and WIFI (good speed, available throughout the apartment). The living room is equipped with roller shutters, ideal for a restful sleep.

The balcony:
A small balcony overlooks the pedestrian alley, very quiet. Well equipped, it has an outside living room (table with 2 wooden chairs) allowing you to have your breakfast or snack outside. It is exposed to the south, which offers a beautiful sunshine during several hours of the day. An artificial lawn and a privacy screen turns it into a very pleasant place for a relaxing moment.

The bedroom:
Let yourself be charmed by this beautiful room, decorated in an Art Deco style, and offering beautiful volumes. It is very luminous thanks to its 2 windows, also equipped with shutters, but also with blinds boat for more intimacy in the day. A Queen Size bed (160X200) is equipped with a box spring and a quality mattress. A desk and its dedicated chair will allow you to work comfortably. The room also has large closets and a closet to store your things.

The bathroom:
The apartment has a beautiful bathroom nicely decorated with care with a quality bathtub, a glass wall and a shower column with ceiling light and rain shower head. A quality bathroom cabinet has a beautiful basin, storage space, a mirror and an integrated light fixture. Finally, a washing machine is at your disposal.

You will have a secured parking in the building at your disposal.

L'Idéal accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team who will present the apartment, its functioning and will give you the keys.
Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and the bed is made on your arrival.
