Subway detained due to big rugby game and metro was over crowded so we were late arrival so he came to pick us up from the subway station.apartment is 0.7 mi. from metro station. 5 min. "The apartment is as pictured and is comfortable enough for a short stay, close to transit to la Défense. The check in process was quite complicated. Keys are at a separate location, instructions weren’t super clear from the host and the phone number provided for help left us on hold for 10+ minutes with no answer the first few tries. The apartment wasn’t super clean upon arrival with very dirty mirrors and the entry to the building smells very strongly of cigarettes. It also seems to be lacking...

"The property owner is not very communicative. The day we arrived, I did not have check in instructions and I could not get a hold of the owner. We ended up having to book a hotel room that night. The owner did get in touch after we booked the hotel and apologized, however communication did not improve. The address on the listing is incorrect, it took me to an apartment a block away.
