"It's a very nice, small and cozy apartment in a beautiful neighbourhood, just off the main hustle and bustle, quiet and comfortable. The check in and check out process was very easy, no problem at all. Instructions were clear as well. There were a couple of things we could wish for - one was a bit more active and clear communication with property host before the arrival, some questions were left unanswered and felt like we received only automatic messages, but at the end it was ok. "Cons: Long flight of stairs to reach the elevator. Views are of neighboring walls. Construction sounds and neighbors’ conversations bled through walls. Living room furniture not designed for comfortable lounging. Pros: Meters from a Metro stop. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice hosts. Pleasant environment. Washer/drier in unit. Lots of little amenities.Great choice overall."

"While it was a smallish apartment, this is Paris. As a family of six, one of our main priorities was two bathrooms which this had.It is situated in a great neighbourhood and in a great location.Laurent our host was very responsive and helpful.No hesitation in recommending this for a holiday in Paris. Only wish, we had a couple of extra days there to enjoy our local neighbourhood. "

"I got in much later than expected (around midnight) due to cancellations and Catherine was available to communicate! She has been so responsive throughout (only convos were about arriving and departing).The place is perfect--shower water is hot! Close the shades at night if you don't want to wake up at dawn because the morning sun is epic.The location is amazing. I had been leaving the building heading one way and decided another day to head the other and both ways bring you to magic."
