"We visit the Smoky Mountain National Park often and this was our first time staying on the North Carolina side of the park. Our family really enjoyed the cabin as it was close to Bryson City for groceries and food but still felt secluded. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. We were a little uncertain of our kids sleeping on the other side of the porch/breezeway but it worked fine and they enjoyed it. We were also close to Cherokee where we did plenty of shopping too. "My sister and I had a great stay at the Lake House. The house was very clean and well stocked with essentials. The location is great! Very close to Main Street activities and central to outdoor adventures. Upon arrival, the hosts had fresh baked, delicious strawberry and blueberry muffins there for us! Great place to stay!"

"Alot of bees outside the house. We got stung a few times thankfully nobidy was allergic to bees on this trip. Also on Thursday our kids was outside placing and some guys that said they worked for the owner of the residence were outside walking around the property. One of the guys had a gun on his waist which is fine however an announcement that they were coming to look through the storage under the house would have been more appropriate. "The cabin was great for a weekend getaway - perfect for two people. It is very secluded but only minutes from downtown Bryson City. "

"Very good except for 2 things. Water pressure/flow was really low at times. Hard to take a shower. No phone service or Wi-Fi. ( maybe that’s a good thing). Had sat tv but took me a while to figure Direct TV operation out. There was a land line phone in cabin. Bed was nice and comfy. Kitchen was nice and well stocked."

"Cabin was beautiful, very clean, had everything we needed, couldn’t ask for more, also lots of things to do in the area, hiking, river is very near to cabin, Clingmans Dome is about 45 minutes from there and Gatlinburg, TN is about 15 more miles from Clingmans Dome, worth visiting!! Overall our stay at cabin was fantastic!! Will rent it again!!"
