"Check in instructions very difficult, no captions or subtitles for a deaf customer trying to check in with no staff available to assist. Worst part was there was no hot water in room, only freezing water. None of us could shower. I would like a refund as the conditions of the room and check in completely unacceptable.

"JRinns are usually more expensive than business hotels but it's worth the price. The room is more spacious and clean. The amenities for hair and face care are good.
Relaxation room with hot drinks and are available all day. The beakfast starts at 6 while most businesses hôtels breakfast starts at 6:30."
