"Our apartment had a lovely outlook over the river. It was near the ‘new’ bridge but was very quiet, very clean & well appointed. The bed was comfortable & bathroom pristine. It was close to shops & restaurants which were an easy walk along the waterfront or through the back of the hotel to a mall nearby for supplies. Our car is high so we couldn’t use the underground parking but there was ample parking available at the back of the hotel."

"Victoria was very helpful and pleasant whom she obtained check-in information from me for late arrival. Well done on her part! In term of the unit, it was clean but dish washer was not working, the carpet is soiled and dirty looking, balcony furniture was disgustingly dated and stained, dining table was sticky, balcony floor is dirty. Overall my impression of the unit is dirty and dated. The best was the bedding, comfortable bed and thick towels."
