"good value, clean hotel, simple but quite spacious room, free wired internet. enjoyed staying here. staff helpful and tried to help in English. be prepared to get your phrasebook out if you dont speak chinese. breakfast looks good value too, though didnt try it. breakfast is probably more appealing to Chinese than western travelers. only complaint was noise in night from other guests - running - along the corridor"

Decent hotel with several downsides
"Reasonably sized and comfortable room with several downsides. First was the smell of smoke whereby I requested a non-smoking room. The in room dining menu stated it was available up to 10pm but when I called at 9.45pm, I was told it was no longer available. Lastly, my colleague who book into the same room category received fruit basket and dumpling whereas I did not have any welcome items. Rather disappointed with a hotel branding that is under Westin."
