"Very nice little B&B in an excellent location - walkable to almost everything. Plenty of amenities and great correspondence with the owner before and during our stay. The room was comfortable, and the only downside to our particular room was the lack of a door between the bedroom and bathroom for privacy, but otherwise excellent for a weekend getaway. "

"Super, super cute mid-century mod renovated cozy house, walking distance to many things in Colonial Beach. Located just off the main road, this is a great stay. Very comfortable, so beautifully decorated, and great outdoor space. The neighborhood is a little strange because it's a mix of a lot of older homes, located behind a 7-11, BUT it is just a humble area and we felt safe. "We rented this place out this past weekend and it was just like the pictures, very spacious and the area is very quiet. The place was very clean when we first got there. We didn’t have any issues all weekend of any kind. Loved this place definitely recommend it!"

Slots! Slots! Slots!

"So many modern slot machines. Have your id ready to be scanned upon entry. Great betting and viewing area setup for the horse tracks off of the Sports Bar. Parking for hotel is past all of the gaming parking. Signage could be better for that. Rooms were a nice size and comfortable. Amazingly quiet to be next to the interstate. Check in and check out was standard, nice staff. Food and drinks reasonably priced. "
