"Prior to arriving the owner was so helpful, letting us know how we’d get in when arriving late. And arrive late we did!! Early hours in the morning we sneaked in, had no trouble accessing our key and getting into our room where we fell asleep almost immediately in the super comfortable bed. In the morning, after a super powerful shower, and finding nowhere in town for breakfast, we returned to the motel where they fired up the kitchen, and cooked us a delicious breakfast, to make sure we...

"This is a huge old hotel and the proprietor has been imaginative in bringing the old girl up to date in the key areas. Our room was modern and comfortable with modernised bathroom conveniently the hall. Aircon kept the temperature very comfortable. Well located centrally in town"

"Good location in town - walkable to shops and food. Reverse cycle air-conditioning for heating and cooling. Clean and well appointed room and kitchenette. Bathroom has heated towel rack and heated floor which was awesome given it was late autumn and single digits outside overnight. The only niggle and it's minor was me having to quickly rewash some of the crockery and cutlery before use."
