"I booked for a Dinner inclusive room, however could not avail as I reached at 10:40pm and its only valid till 10:30pm. These terms and conditions should be mentioned upfront. Secondly, the all day dining option is only available till 11pm, that too in a 5 star hotel. I have never seen anything like this ever."
