"Easy auto check-in if you arrive late. Hotels.com didn't give us the correct booking number but we could reach the staff instantly thru the speaker so that we could complete the check-in process smoothly. Parking is right outside the building which is great on a rainy night. The room is not big but good enough for a one-night stay for four adults. Overall we are satisfied."

"If you don’t expect the Ritz after paying YMCA prices and judge this place on what you paid, then I couldn’t not give it 5 stars. Check in was easy, the room wasn’t the biggest but it had a large, clean and comfortable bed. The en suite was small but functional and without issue. Parking was free, always a bonus, and it had air conditioning, which was a godsend. I’ve stayed at much more expensive hotels this trip that didn’t. My only moan is why provide a coffee machine but no pods or even cups to make a coffee in? Surely, as a traveller, I’m not expected to travel with a selection of pods in the hope one might work in your machine and bring my own cup to drink it in? Other than that, all is good. "
